Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan PNP conducted intensified police operations that led to the successful arrest of a gun law offender and twelve lawbreakers on March 21, 2024.
In reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, PD Bulacan PPO, Marilao PS responded to a crime incident that led to the arrest of alias Danny, 38, a resident of Brgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan. Investigation revealed that at about 4:30 in the afternoon of March 21, 2024, alias Danny, who is under the influence of alcohol, went to the terminal to get a ride, but the victims refused to board him. After a few minutes, the suspect returned armed with a caliber .22 prompting his arrest by the authorities. Confiscated evidence is one (1) caliber .22 with five (5) live round of ammunition. Appropriate criminal complaints have been filed in court for further action.
Meanwhile, eight drug dealers were apprehended in a series drug-bust operation by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Meycauayan, San Miguel, Malolos, and Balagtas City/Police Station. These operations yielded a total of nineteen (19) sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of Php 47,600 (SDP) and marked money.
The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects have been prepared for filing in court.
Moreover, a series of manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Sta. Maria, Meycauayan and San Ildefonso PS and arrest four (4) persons wanted by law by different virtues of Warrant of Arrest.
