9 LAW OFFENDERS ARRESTED BY BULACAN PNP

Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Nine (9) law offenders were arrested in Bulacan during the anti-crime drive of the Bulacan PNP on May 18, 2024, and early this morning.

 

In reports submitted to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, PD Bulacan PPO, a drug-sting operation conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Malolos CPS, Hagonoy and Obando MPS, and the Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Unit resulted in the successful arrest of five (5) drug peddlers. Confiscated were a total of twenty-three (23) sachets of suspected shabu, a black Yamaha Nouvo motorcycle without a plate number, and marked money.

 

The arrested suspect and the confiscated evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects is now being prepared for filing in court.

 

Meanwhile, the tracker teams of Plaridel MPS and Baliwag CPS arrested two (2) wanted persons in a separate manhunt operation. They were arrested for crimes of 5 Counts of Rape, 3 Counts of Statutory Rape, and Violation of BP 22.

 

The arrested accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/station for proper disposition.

 

Moreover, an anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by personnel of San Jose Del Monte CPS resulted in the arrest of two (2) male suspects while caught in the act of playing an illegal coin game (Cara y Cruz) that transpired at Phase 1, Towerville 6, Brgy. Graceville, CSJDM, at around 11:30 in the evening of May 18, 2024. Confiscated from the arrested suspects were three (3) pieces, one peso coin used as a pangara, and bet money in different denominations.
