Camp Gen Alejo S. Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — San Ildefonso Police are currently conducting an in-depth investigation into three suspected thieves who were shot and found dead inside a tricycle in Barangay Basuit, San Ildefonso, Bulacan Sunday morning.
In the report sent to PCol Relly Arnedo, provincial director of the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO), it was learned that the San Ildefonso Police Station received a phone call from the Barangay Hall office of Basuit regarding the shooting incident that occurred wherein three people believed to be victims of summary execution.
The police immediately went to the reported crime scene and here they discovered three unidentified dead bodies with gunshot wounds inside a tricycle.
The place where the murdered victims were found was surrounded by vast farmland and it was learned that rolls of electrical wires were also found inside the tricycle.
Based on the initial investigation and speculations of the local barangay officials, the victims have been involved in theft as what was recovered materials found in their possessions.
The Bulacan PNP have activated a flash alarm and initiated a dragnet operation to track down the culprits.
