Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan police operations led to the successful apprehension of two Most Wanted Persons (MWP), eight felons, and eight drug dealers on April 11, 2024, and early today.
In the reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, PD Bulacan PPO, two (2) MWP were arrested in separate track-down operations by the 2nd PMFC and Plaridel PS. Arjay Palardon, a 24-year-old student from Brgy. Taboc, Angat, was arrested by the 2nd PMFC together with Angat PS in Sta. Cruz, Angat. Palardon, listed as the Top 1 Municipal Level – MWP of Angat, wanted for the crime of Rape and Sexual Assault was apprehended by virtue of a warrant issued by the Presiding Judge, Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 6, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
Plaridel PS arrested the Municipal Level – MWP of Iba, Zambales, Emilio Gonzales, a 29-year-old caretaker, Thursday evening at Brgy. Lagundi, Plaridel. Gonzales is wanted for the crime of Rape by Sexual Assault as stated in a warrant issued by the Presiding Judge, Family Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 13, Iba, Zambales.
In addition, eight ( 8 ) individuals wanted for various crimes and offenses were apprehended by tracker teams from the Bulacan PIU, Marilao, Bocaue, San Ildefonso, CSJDM, and Meycauayan City PS. These individuals are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/stations for proper disposition.
Moreover, eight ( 8 ) drug dealers were arrested during a series of drug buy-bust operations in the areas of Marilao, Norzagaray, and Bulakan PS. Confiscated were a total of ten (10) sachets of suspected drugs valued at about Php 13,660 (Standard Drug Price, SDP) and marked money. The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects have been prepared for filing in court.
