CAMP Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — 180K worth of marijuana and multiple firearms and ammunitions were recovered including the arrest of fifteen (15) drug suspects, two (2) Municipal Level Most Wanted Person (MWP) and twelve (12) wanted felons were nabbed during the 4th day of Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) in Bulacan on April 7, 2022.
PCol Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director Bulacan PPO said that one hundred eighty thousand pesos (Php 180,000.00) estimated worth of Dried Marijuana Fruiting Tops, weighing approximately one thousand five hundred (1500gm) grams was seized by operatives of Marilao PS during the conduct of drug-bust operation in Ibayo, Marilao that resulted in the arrest of a Child In Conflict with the Law (CICL), a 16-year-old, grade 9 student from Brgy 171 Bagumbong, Caloocan.
Similarly, fourteen more drug suspects were arrested in a series of anti-illegal drug operation by Angat, Balagtas, Bocaue, Bulakan, Meycauayan City, Norzagaray, Paombong, San Rafael, and City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) PS. Seized were a total of sixty-four (64) sachets of shabu weighing at about 11.71 grams with an estimated value of seventy-nine thousand six hundred seventy-two (Php 79,672), motorcycle, coin purse and bust money.
Meanwhile, two of Municipal Level MWP were arrested by San Miguel Police and identified as Alexander Viola a 33-year-old resident of Sta Rita Matanda, San Miguel wanted for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165 with a recommended bail of Php200,000.00.
Bocaue Police arrested Rommel Desiderio a 43-year-old resident of Bambang, Bocaue wanted for Arson with no bail recommended.
Likewise, in the conduct of operation ‘Manhunt Charlie’ the unit and station tracker teams of 1st PMFC, Norzagaray, Sta Maria, Pulilan, Guiguinto, Marilao, Pandi, Baliwag, CSJDM, Meycauayan City, Malolos City resulted in the arrest of twelve (12) wanted felons by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for various criminal offenses.
Further, simultaneous implementation of search warrant conducted by joint elements of Bulacan PIU, San Ildefonso MPS, 24th SAC, 1st & 2nd PMFC and 301st MC RMFB3 resulted in the arrest of three (3) individuals identified as Ismael Cabillon, Jesus Cabillon; and Ramon Vergara alias Romeo Vergara. Confiscated were Garand Rifle, .9mm pistol, cal .22 rifle, cal.38 revolver, thirty-six (36) pcs 7.62mm ammunition, fifteen (15) pcs 9mmammunition, twenty-four (24) .38 ammunition and one (1) pc .22mm ammunition. The search was conducted in a proper and orderly manner witnessed by the arrested suspects and in the presence of barangay elected officials.
