16 nabbed in Bulacan police ops

CAMP Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Seven wanted felons including two drug peddlers and seven offenders were nabbed in Bulacan PNP’s relentless anti-crime drive on March 18, 2022.

PCol. Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP said that in a series of manhunt operations conducted by the tracker teams of Bocaue, Bulakan, San Miguel, Meycauayan City and City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) PS together with 2nd PMFC, 301st MC RMFB-3, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), PHPT Bulacan and 3rd SOU-Maritime Group were resulted to the arrest of seven  wanted felons by virtue of Warrant of Arrest (WOA).

They were identified as  John Jeric Sevilla alias Kuya Baric for violation of RA 7610;  Daron Bagsik for Acts of Lasciviousness;  Rolando Malapandan for RIR in Physical Injury, RIR in Less Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property;  Kenneth Beronguez for Violation of Simple Theft; Roberto Valencia for Estafa; Jennalyn Tobias alias Ayat for RA 7610 for Service Sentence; and Rey Icaro for Violation of R.A. 9262.

Meanwhile, the drug buy-bust operation conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of City of Meycauayan and Baliwag PS arrested two (2) drug peddlers identified as  Wilmer Ombega alias Mer of Libtong, Meycauayan City; and John Nikko Yambao alias Nikko of Concepcion, Baliwag. Recovered from their possession were a total of eight  sachets of shabu and bust money.

Moreover, prompt response by Pandi, CSJDM, Sta. Maria and Bocaue PS led to the arrest of  Greg Balarot for Rape;  Patrick Gabriel Donarber for RA 7610 (Physical Injury);  Jollyboy Sumalinog for for Frustrated Homicide and RA 7610 (Physical Injury); and  Renato Vite Alias Tangloy for RA 9262. Similarly, persons in authority of Baliwag arrested  Francis Gernaldo of Lambingan, Pulilan for Robbery (Akyat-Bahay) in a sari-sari store at Tarcan, Baliwag while his cohort who carted away the stolen items including cash, jewelry, liquors and cigarettes worth at about Php 80,000.00, managed to elude arrest.

Further, an anti-illegal gambling operation conducted by Meycauayan City PS resulted in the arrest of two  individuals caught in the act playing ‘Cara y Cruz’ at Brgy. Saluysoy, Meycauayan City. Seized evidence were three  pieces One-Peso Coins used as ‘Pangara’ and bet money in different denominations.
