A new multipurpose structure that will function as a Barangay Health Center for Magsaysay residents in Aliaga has been completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) โ€“ Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office (DEO).

Spanning 84.42 square meters, the one-storey building includes office space, a kitchenette, a restroom for persons with disabilities (PWDs), a porch, and a ramp to ensure full accessibility for all users.

โ€œThe facility is now ready to be used by Barangay Health Workers to deliver essential services to residents such as medical consultations, immunizations, maternal and child care, and health education,โ€ OIC-District Engineer Jun Vana said.

Funded under the 2024 national budget, the P2.95-million project addresses the communityโ€™s urgent need for a more functional and accessible health service hub.
