Weeklong operations net 174 wanted persons, seize P4M illegal drugs and 44 loose firearms

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3} capped the week with significant law enforcement accomplishments across Central Luzon in line with the directives of Acting Chief PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr from September 28 to October 4, 2025.
 
For the week, PRO3’s intensified manhunt operations resulted in the arrest of a total of 174 wanted persons, including: 52 Most Wanted Persons at regional, provincial, city, and municipal levels and 122 other wanted individuals facing various charges.
 
In its unrelenting fight against illegal drugs, PRO3 conducted 129 operations, leading to the arrest of 191 drug violators. Confiscated from these operations were 633.714 grams of shabu, with a total Standard Drug Price (SDP) of  Php 4,044,661.12.
 
In support of the national campaign against loose firearms, PRO3 apprehended 25 violators and recovered/surrendered/confiscated 44 firearms under Republic Act 10591.
 
PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I Peñones Jr, RD, PRO3 commended the unwavering dedication of PRO3 personnel, stressing that these weeklong accomplishments reflect the command’s alignment with the directives of the Acting Chief PNP PLTGEN Nartatez Jr saying:

Nartatez Jr., PRO3 will continue to step up operations against criminality, illegal drugs, and loose firearms to secure the peace and safety of the people of Central Luzon.”
