Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) personnel observe the Water Rescue & Security Measures Simulation Exercises by the Subic Bay International Terminals Corporation (SBITC), which was conducted on March 5, 2026. The said activity aims to strengthen emergency preparedness and ensure the safety of personnel during port operations.
The drill tests the Emergency Response Team in the execution of proper reach-and-throw water rescue techniques, response coordination, and emergency communication protocols during a man-overboard scenario.
