Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) continues its intensified campaign against wanted persons with the arrest of three fugitives in separate operations conducted on August 4, 2025, in the province of Bataan.
At around 11:30 AM, alias “Vin,” a fisherman and resident of Brgy. Wawa, Abucay, Bataan, was arrested by joint operatives of Abucay Municipal Police Station and the CIDG Bataan Provincial Field Unit.
Miras, listed as the Top 2 Regional Most Wanted Person, is facing six (6) counts of rape under Article 266-A. The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Dorina Castro Baltazar, Presiding Judge of Family Court, Branch 2, Balanga City, Bataan, with no bail recommended.
Later that day, at approximately 6:00 PM, two more wanted individuals were apprehended: alias “Nel,” a 38-year-old , resident of Brgy. West Calaguiman, Samal, Bataan and ranked as the Top 8 Most Wanted Person at the Provincial Level, was served a warrant for two counts of Violation of Section 5(b) and one count of Section 10(a) of R.A. 7610, under Criminal Case Nos. 25806 to 25808 by Samal MPS and CIDG Bataan PFU. The warrant, issued by Hon. Dorina Castro Baltazar, recommended bail of ₱200,000 each for the first two counts and ₱80,000 for the third.
In Brgy. Tuyo, Balanga City, alias “ Dennis,” truck driver, Top 3 Most Wanted Person in Balanga City and resident of Brgy. Gugo, Samal, Bataan was served a warrant for Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of R.A. 9165, under Criminal Case Nos. 20937 and 20939, issued by Hon. Maricar Paloma Cruz-Buban, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 1, Balanga City, Bataan.
PBGEN PONCE ROGELIO I PEÑONES JR, Regional Director of PRO3, praised the dedication of the operating units and emphasized the importance of these accomplishments:
