Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on September 26, 2023 received a resolution of commendation from the Angeles City Council after the city government was hailed as one of the Most Outstanding Local Government Units at the 122nd Police Service Anniversary Celebration. Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting handed over the said resolution of commendation to Mayor Lazatin.
