Pampanga 1st District Rep. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. inspects the multi-purpose building in Jose P. Dizon Elementary School in Barangay Pandan, Angeles City on October 2, 2025.
During the inspection, Lazatin also brought cakes for the teachers, in celebration of Teacher’s Day.
The multi-purpose building is being constructed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), in coordination with Lazatin’s office.
Joining Lazatin are District Engineer Arnold Ocampo of DPWH Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office; members of the Barangay Pandan Council, headed by Punong Barangay Cors Alejandrino; and Political Affairs Assistant I Mike Lising.
