According to the Provincial Engineers’ Office, the PGB’s new training center was chosen because it is aligned with President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.’s aspirations, relevant and resilient infrastructure and sustainable agriculture.

The two-storey building will house the training center on the first floor and the Provincial Agriculture Office on the second floor.

Provincial Engineer Glenn Reyes said that the PGB institutional building was constructed from July 19, 2021 to March 11, 2022 with a budget of P15,518,758.67 and is the newest addition to the premier public facilities in the province.

The overall design of the FFTC building follows the minimalist and modern approach; while the architects incorporated glass curtain walls on the exterior design not only for aesthetic purposes but also to provide natural lighting on the stairs and lessen the consumption of electricity. Also, aluminum cladding on some parts of the exterior walls was utilized to add more modern touch to it.

As one of the People’s Agenda 10 of the administration of Governor Daniel R. Fernando, he made sure that these agenda are not a dream anymore, but a reality for the Bulakenyos.
