Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Following the swift arrest of all Top Ten Regional Most Wanted Persons for March within just two days, Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) continues to intensify manhunt operations at the provincial and municipal levels across Central Luzon.
PRO3 recorded significant gains in its campaign against the Top Ten Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP) at both levels.
At the provincial level, 35 out of 90 declared TTMWP were arrested, reflecting a 38.89% accomplishment rate. Nueva Ecija led the region with a 100% accomplishment, successfully arresting all 10 declared wanted persons. Tarlac followed with 80%, while Bulacan and Pampanga each posted 50% completion.
At the municipal level, 36 out of 828 declared TTMWP were apprehended, translating to a 4.35% accomplishment rate — the result of intensified and intelligence-driven warrant service operations in cities and municipalities regionwide.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jess B. Mendez emphasized that the rapid arrest of the Regional Top Ten within 48 hours is not an isolated success but a reflection of the operational culture being strengthened across the region.
“The swift completion of the Regional Top Ten demonstrates what focused intelligence and coordinated execution can achieve. That same level of urgency is being cascaded down to the provincial and municipal levels,” PBGEN Mendez stated.
He underscored that the sustained campaign against wanted persons directly supports the PNP Focused Agenda of Chief, PNP, Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly in the areas of aggressive law enforcement, enhanced police capability, and measurable operational results.
PBGEN Mendez directed all Provincial and City Police Offices to maintain operational tempo, strengthen inter-unit coordination, and ensure that no wanted individual remains beyond the reach of the law.
The Regional Director stressed that every wanted person arrested contributes to safer communities, stronger public trust, and sustained peace and order across Central Luzon.
