PRO3 Nets Most Wanted Criminals in Bataan and Olongapo

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In line with the 7 Focus Agenda of Acting Chief PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio I. Nartatez Jr., specifically on employing Enhanced Managing Police Operations, and anchored on the PRO3 Strategic Direction to protect the people, pursue criminals without fear or favor, and promote professionalism in all operations, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) intensified its manhunt against lawless elements, resulting in the arrest of several Most Wanted Persons involved in sexual offenses across Bataan and Olongapo City.
On September 15, 2025, joint operatives of the CIU-OCPO, Police Station 1 (OCPO), and Bagac MPS-Bataan PPO arrested a.k.a. “Ferdinand,” 68 years old, ranked as the No. 2 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level, Bagac MPS), along 22nd Place, Barangay West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City. Viloria is facing multiple charges for six counts of Lascivious Conduct and nine counts of Sexual Assault under R.A. 7610, with recommended bail amounting to several millions of pesos.
On the same day, at about 4:48 PM, personnel of Dinalupihan MPS, Bataan PPO, together with support units, collared “Ronie,” 48 years old, listed as Top 6 Most Wanted Person (Municipal Level, Dinalupihan, Bataan), for Sexual Assault under Article 266-A (2) of the RPC in relation to R.A. 7610. The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 5, Dinalupihan, Bataan, with a bail of Php200,000.00.
Further intensifying the crackdown, on September 19, 2025, operatives of OCPO Police Station 1, Pasig CPS, and Olongapo City Mobile Force Company tracked down and arrested a.k.a. “Jr.”, 27, in Olongapo City, by virtue of a warrant for multiple counts of Rape under the Revised Penal Code, including charges that are non-bailable.
Meanwhile, in a separate case, a suspect known as “Tatay Temio” was arrested following a complaint lodged by a 12-year-old victim who revealed repeated incidents of Statutory Rape (5 counts) in Olongapo City. He now faces charges under R.A. 11648.
PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director of PRO3, lauded the operating teams and stressed:

The arrested suspects are now under police custody and will be presented to the respective courts for proper disposition.
