Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In the ongoing effort to ensure peace and security during the implementation of the Warrant of Arrest (WOA) against KOJC leader Pastor Apollo Quiboloy and four other individuals, personnel from the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) continue to augment the forces of Police Regional Office 11 (PRO11).
The combined forces are working diligently to maintain order, emphasizing the critical balance between law enforcement and the protection of human rights.
PRO3 Director PBGen Jose Hidalgo Jr. reiterated the importance of maximum tolerance, especially in dealing with sensitive situations.
He reminded PRO3 cops involved in the operations to remain calm and composed while carrying out their duties, ensuring that no rights are violated during the arrest procedures or related activities.
“This cooperation between regional offices showcases the Philippine National Police’s (PNP) commitment to upholding the rule of law while respecting the rights of individuals, even in challenging situations. As peacekeepers, it is essential to maintain professionalism and humanity in every action,” Hidalgo said.
