PRO3 anti-drug campaign nabbed high-value suspects, P780K shabu seized

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga —In a major blow to the illegal drug trade, authorities from Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) arrested two high-value individuals (HVI) and three other drug suspects in a series of intensified anti-drug operations, seizing 115 grams of suspected shabu worth approximately ₱782,000.
 
At around 6:15 AM on March 14, a joint operation by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Mabalacat City Police Station and the Regional Intelligence Unit 3 led to the arrest of alias “Dul” (a high-value individual), alias “Jo,” alias “Jay,” and alias “Vin” along Old MacArthur Highway, Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat City. Authorities confiscated 60 grams of shabu valued at ₱408,000 during the operation.
 
Later that evening, at around 11:30 PM, operatives from the Magalang Drug Enforcement Unit (MDEU), in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3, conducted a buy-bust operation in San Jose, Magalang, Pampanga, leading to the arrest of another high-value individual, alias “Aldrin,” a resident of Mabalacat City. Seized from his possession were 55 grams of suspected shabu worth ₱374,000.
 
PBGEN Jean S. Fajardo, Regional Director of PRO3, commended the operatives for their unyielding efforts in dismantling drug networks, stating: “These arrests send a clear message that the PNP remains relentless in the fight against illegal drugs. We will not waver in our mission to protect our communities and hold accountable those who seek to destroy lives through illicit substances.”
 
PRO3 reaffirms its commitment to intensifying anti-drug operations and urges the public to remain vigilant, reporting any suspicious activities to help eradicate the drug menace in Central Luzon.
