BULACAN- An estimated P2 million plus worth of illegal drugs were seized while three hundred thirty-two law offenders were arrested by the police authorities during the weeklong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) in Bulacan.
In a report submitted by PCol Charlie Cabradilla, acting director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) regional director BGen Mathew Baccay, the said operations commenced midnight of June 11 to 17,2022.
Cabradilla said, 109 individuals were arrested in a series of anti-drug bust conducted by different Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Bulacan PNP.
Seized from the suspects during drug entrapment were 300 sachets of suspected shabu, 26 sachets of dried marijuana leaves with an estimated value of P2,081,533.60, assorted drug paraphernalias and buy-bust money.
Meanwhile, 4 felons were arrested during the implementation of search warrant operations while 99 persons wanted by law including Most Wanted Persons (MWP) were caught by the tracker teams of different Municipal/City Police Stations and Mobile Force Companies of this Police Provincial Office with joint efforts of 301st MC RMFB-3, Bulacan PHPT, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), 3rd SOU-Maritime Group, CIDG Bulacan.
Moreover, 106 illegal gamblers were arrested in different anti-illegal gambling operations.
They were caught in the act of playing tong-its, pusoy, bet game, billiard games, cara y cruz, mah-jong and STL bookies.
Confiscated were assorted gambling paraphernalias and bet money in different denominations.
