CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police authorities seized over Php 1M worth of illegal drugs (Shabu) weighing more or less 150 grams during a buy-bust operation in Cabanatuan City on Friday, April 22, 2020.
In his report to PBGen. Mathew Baccay, regional director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), PCol. Jess Mendez, Nueva Ecija PPO acting provincial director said that SDEU personnel of Cabanatuan CPS conducted anti-illegal drug buy bust operation at Brgy. Bantug Bulalo, Cabanatuan City which led to the arrest of Arnold Palioc y Cruz, male, 40 years old and resident of Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora.
Pieces of evidence collected from his possession were 21 pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets and two (2) knot-tied transparent plastic packs all containing substance believed to be Shabu weighing approximately 150 grams with a DDB value of P1,020,000.00 and Php 1,500.00 bill as marked money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied against the suspect for court referral.
