Over 2K PRO3 personnel ready for INC activity

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga —The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) is gearin’ up to support the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) for the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) event from Nov 16-18.
Over 2,200 personnel are bein’ deployed to ensure security and public safety, and manage the crowds. Sounds like they’re takin’ this event seriously
Based on the regional deployment plan, PRO3 has readied 2,272 personnel—composed of 1,138 deployable Civil Deployment Management (CDM) contingents and support teams, and 1,139 standby forces from female police officers, CDM units, and the Regional Special Support Force (RSSF).
These personnel are fully mission-ready for immediate dispatch to NCR as required.
PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director, underscored both the readiness of PRO3 and the expected peaceful conduct of the assembly.
“Our personnel are fully prepared to support NCRPO and ensure that the activity remains safe, orderly, and peaceful. The INC community is known to be peace-loving and disciplined, and we are confident that the event will proceed calmly. Our police deployment aims to ensure the safety of all rallyists and the smooth conduct of the entire activity,” Peñones emphasized.
He further stressed that the deployment is aligned with the PNP Focused Agenda of Acting Chief, PNP, PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr.—particularly on Enhanced Managing Police Operations, Public Safety Preparedness, and Professional Police Service. It also strengthens PRO3’s 3Ps Strategic Direction: Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism.
Close coordination between PRO3, NCRPO, and partner agencies has been established to ensure seamless operational support and synchronized security measures. RMFB3 leads the contingent with 416 personnel, supported by augmentation teams from all Provincial and City Police Offices across Central Luzon.
PRO3 assures the public that its personnel will observe maximum tolerance, courtesy, and professionalism, working side-by-side with stakeholders to maintain peace, safeguard participants, and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the 3-day activity.
