Guiguinto, Bulacan—Bulacan commuters now have a more convenient transport option with the launch of a point-to-point (P2P) bus route connecting Guiguinto to Quezon City.
In a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Waltermart Guiguinto, Bulacan P2P Co. President Atty. Sherwin N. Tugna, together with Guiguinto Mayor Agatha Cruz, Vice Mayor Banjo Estrella, ABC President Darsee Alvarez and Waltermart Vice President for Operations Rhobi-Zen Ignacio, formally inaugurated the new route.
The new Guiguinto-Quezon City-Guiguinto route expands Bulacan P2P Co.’s operations, which already serve commuters in Pandi, Plaridel, Balagtas, Pandi and east of Bulacan.
More than just a transport service, the initiative underscores a pro-people investment in road safety, competent drivers, and enhanced public mobility.
“This is more than just an enterprise; it is a commitment to the riding public that we serve” said long time transport operator Tugna, emphasizing that the initiative reflects his personal journey from a self-made entrepreneur to a public servant dedicated to uplifting his constituents.
“Sa bawat biyahe, may kwento ng tagumpay—tagumpay ng isang taong nagsimula sa baba at ng medyo umangat ay patuloy na tumutulong at naglilingkod para sa bayan,” he said, underscoring how this effort transforms challenges into opportunities for the people.
The new P2P bus line features six brand new low-floor Higer buses, designed to provide safe, affordable and comfortable transportation.
Beyond convenience, the initiative also generates local employment, supports small businesses and reinvests profits into community-driven projects, contributing to Bulacan’s economic growth.
“Bawat biyahe ay may hatid na ginhawa, bunga ng ating sama-samang pagsusumikap at pagkakaisa,” Tugna added, highlighting that the project is not just a business venture but a movement for inclusive progress.
With this latest expansion, Bulacan P2P Co. continues to promote safe, reliable, and commuter-friendly transportation solutions, ensuring that public mobility remains at the heart of development in the province.
