CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos —A Municipal Most Wanted Person (MWP) and eight other felons including Omnibus Election Code (OEC) violator were busted in series of anti-criminality drive of Bulacan PNP on Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
PCol Charlie Cabradilla, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, identified the arrested Municipal Most Wanted Person as Rodolfo Pacis of San Nicolas, Bulakan arrested for Qualified Rape and Acts of Lasciviousness filed in two separate cases.
Said accused was arrested in a manhunt operation conducted by Bulakan MPS and presently detained at Bulakan MPS custodial facility for proper disposition.
Meanwhile, one more wanted person identified as Santiago Gonzales Jr alias Santiago Gonzales resident of Malipampang, San Ildefonso was arrested by joint elements of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), San Rafael MPS, HPT-Bulacan & RID-SCU3 arrested for Estafa (Swindling) in forty-nine separate filed cases.
He is now temporarily under the custody of 2nd PMFC for documentation and proper disposition prior to turn-over to the concerned court. While
On the other hand, anti-illegal drug bust conducted by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Rafael MPS resulted in the arrest of two suspects identified as Mark Morante @Bong of Poblacion, Baliwag; and Joselito Reyes @Jose of Tambubong, San Rafael, Bulacan. Seized were a total of six (6) sachets of suspected shabu and buy-bust money.
Further, three illegal gamblers were arrested by operatives of CSJDM identified as Alvin Lagdan; Rosario Del Rosario; and Jesusa Reveche all residents of San Rafael IV, CSJDM. They were caught in the act of playing illegal card games (Tong-its). Confiscated were set of playing cards and bet money in different denominations.
Moreover, two suspects were arrested in separate crime incidents that transpired in the areas of Pandi and Meycauayan. They were identified as Bryan Lingad of Caypombo, Sta. Maria arrested by responding police officers of Pandi MPS for Grave Threat and Violation of RA 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) in relation to Omnibus Election Code. Confiscated are Cal .9mm, thirteen (13) live ammunitions, magazine for Cal .9mm, car key, cellphone and tamaraw jeep.
While other suspects was Juvan Hinoguin of Bayugo, Meycauayan City arrested for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610 (Child Abuse Law).
Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
The strings of operations by Bulacan police is in adherence to the marching order of the Chief, PNP to intensify, reinvigorate and to focus on the anti-criminality drive of the PNP that was effectively made clear by the Regional Director of PRO 3, PBGen Mathew Baccay.
