Continuing the annual tradition of Congressman Carmelo”Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Senior Staff Jane Calimquim led the distribution of chocolates to all Magalang LGU employees. The chocolate-shaped hearts has served as Cong Pogi’s personal gift to all LGU employees every Valentine’s Day since he became a city councilor in 2014.
