CITY OF MALOLOS- “In our continuous fight against the hardships in our country; let’s always take to heart our sworn duty; to serve and protect. Let us go beyond our responsibilities and always remember every Filipino family who are living safely due to our truthful service to maintain peace and order; let’s offer our service and become a role model to the Filipino youth who dream of serving the country.
This was Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernandos message as the first governor to be invited as the guest of honor during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony with the Philippine National Police-Police Regional Office headed by the new Acting Regional Director PBGEN Cesar R. Pasiwen at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga this morning.
Fernando also commended the police personnel from the PRO-3 for their successful series of manhunt to captivate the most wanted persons and their ongoing campaign against illegal drugs.
He also vowed to always support the PNP in their aspirations to maintain security, peace and order in the country.
“Alam ko po na may kaakibat na tukso ang mabigat na responsibilidad na ito, subalit naniniwala akong mas marami ang huwaran at tapat sa inyong hanay. Makakaasa kayo na palagi ninyo akong katuwang sa inyong mga adhikain. In honor of our flag and your commitment to duty, I vow to do my part as the governor of the Province of Bulacan to strengthen our uniformed services in our jurisdiction. Let us reinforce our solidarity towards an inclusive, peaceful, and humane future,” he added.
As the honorary guest, the governor also led the awarding of ‘Medalya ng Papuri’ to ten PNP Personnels for their outstanding service and successful operations against criminalities.
Among the attendees were command groups including PBGEN Jerry F. Bearis, PCol Jay Reyes Cumigad, Pcol. Lawrence B. Cajipe and Provincial Director PCol Charlie A. Cabradilla.
