
JackPharma Inc. donated 25 boxes of Docycycline to the Provincial Government of Cebu on Friday, November 14.
The JackPharma Inc.’s turnover of doxycycline was facilitated by FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist containing 1.250 capsules which will surely help address medical needs in the Province of Cebu
Doxycycline is an antibiotic that treats various bacterial infections, including respiratory, skin, and urinary tract infections.
The formal turnover ceremony at the Cebu Provincial Capitol, attended by Provincial Administrator Atty. Ace Durano, highlights the importance of public-private partnerships in healthcare.
The donation supports the ongoing leptospirosis prevention efforts of Cebu government in communities heavily affected by flooding caused by Typhoon Tino.
The turnover was facilitated by the FPJ Panday Bayanihan Party-list through staff representative Jaycen Franco, ensuring that the medicine reaches vulnerable areas quickly and efficiently.
This latest contribution is intended to aid communities recovering from the recent typhoon.
It follows the Partylist’s earlier donation of 100 sacks of rice to support families affected by the 6.9-magnitude earthquake, which struck northern Cebu last September 30.
JackPharma Inc. Director Jacko Hernandez reaffirmed the company’s commitment to helping disaster-affected communities.
“It is our hope that this donation can help protect the communities affected by Typhoon Tino. We stand with the people of Cebu in prayer and solidarity, and we thank Rep. Poe for ensuring these supplies reach those who need them most.m,” Hernandez said.
The FPJ Panday Bayanihan Party-list continues to collaborate with private sector partners such as JackPharma Inc. to strengthen public health support and aid families recovering from natural calamities.
