Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on January 31, 2024 awards a Certificate of Commendation to Angelito Cunanan, a member of Jaoville Pandan Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, for his deed of honesty by returning a mobile phone to its rightful owner. The city government rewarded Cunanan with a cash incentive worth ₱5,000 for his honesty.
