Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3) Regional Director PBGen. Jean S. Fajardo recently made a command visit to Camp Alejo Santos in Malolos City on Tuesday.
This was followed by a solidarity pact signing for the 2025 National and Local Election (NLE) and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM Parliamentary Election held in Camp Olivas on the following day.
The solidarity pact signing aims to promote a peaceful and secure environment for the upcoming elections, demonstrating the PNP’s commitment to ensuring the integrity and success of the electoral process.
The event was attended by Lawyer Temie Lambino, Regional Election Director of COMELEC Region 3 as guest of honor and speaker, PRO3 Command Group including all of the police provincial and city directors headed by PRO3 Regional Director Jean S. Fajardo, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Department of Interion and Local Government (DILG), Department of Education (DepEd), PRO3 accredited Non Government Organization (NGO) and Faith based Leaders.
In his speech, Lambino stated: ” We have to join and unite in order to have successful elections. The COMELEC to all government agencies and civil society organizations involved, we have to plan because solidarity starts with from planning to have honest, orderly peaceful, accurate with integrity and successful election. This is the purpose of our pledge”.
For her part, Fajardo also assured that the 12,000 PNP personnel of Central Luzon are committed to keep them politically non-partisan in any party or candidates this coming election.
“With Atty. Lambino, I’ am confident that the upcoming elections in Central Luzon will be carried out in a peaceful, orderly and credible results,” Fajardo said.
The historic event symbolized their shared commitment to uphold the rule of law, reaffirming their commitment for a fare and honest elections, prevent violence and election-related unrest, and create an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust among all involved parties.
