Efforts to strengthen workforce development and livelihood opportunities in the First District of Pampanga continue as Chief Affairs Political Officer Reina Manuel, representing First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., held a coordination meeting with Regional Director Balmyrson Valdez of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region III on March 4, 2026.
The discussion focused on advancing programs aligned with Congressman Lazatin’s legislative agenda, including expanded access to technical skills training, workforce readiness initiatives, and sustainable livelihood opportunities for constituents.
“Empowering our constituents through skills training is essential in creating long-term economic opportunities. This collaboration with TESDA supports Cong. Lazatin’s vision of inclusive growth and employment readiness,” Manuel said.
The meeting aims to further strengthen coordination between TESDA and the congressional office to ensure government programs directly respond to the needs of local communities.
