In support of the Provincial Health Office’s (PHO) efforts to ensure an adequate blood supply for medical emergencies, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Aurora District Engineering Office (DEO) participated in a Mass Blood Donation on March 24, 2025, held at its compound in Barangay Reserva, Baler.

Conducted by the Baler Municipal Health Office, the initiative saw the active participation of 21 employees who voluntarily donated blood to contribute to local hospital reserves, providing a critical resource for patients requiring urgent transfusions.

The activity addressed the urgent need for blood donations while highlighting the DPWH employeesโ strong commitment to life-saving causes, setting an inspiring example of civic responsibility.
