Director Roseller Tolentino of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Region III was honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) for his dedicated leadership, commitment, and contributions as Vice-Chairperson of the 17th Central Luzon Regional Development Council – Sectoral Committee on Infrastructure Development.
Administrative Division Chief Aikko Kris Mallari-Argel accepted the award on Tolentino’s behalf during a ceremony held on June 25, 2025, at the DEPDev Regional Office III in Diosdado Macapagal Government Center (DMGC), Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
