Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro proudly hold the plaques of the recent awards received by Bulacan during the Regional Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition- Reproductive Health (MNCHN-RH) Year-End Awarding ceremony held at Royce Hotel Clark, Pampanga including ‘MNCHN-RH Champions Bronze Awardee’ and ‘Province with most number of certified/accredited Mother and Baby-Friendly Health Facility and Mother and Baby-Friendly Workplaces, and the province with most number of LGU awardees in Region 3’. With them are Provincial Health Officer I Dr. Edwin Tecson, Division Head Elizabeth Villaviray and some staff who presented the plaques to Fernando and Castro along with Provincial Administrator Antonette V. Constantino.
