Pampanga First District Representative Cong Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. receives a Certificate of Appreciation from Angeleño Youth Leaders on July 10, 2025, presented by the Angeles City Youth Development Office (ACYDO), led by former SK President Arnoah Mandani.
