CDC Welcomes Renewal of CWC’s Wastewater Discharge Permit, Enhancing Environmental Stewardship

CLARK FREEPORT β€” Reaffirming its commitment to environmental stewardship, Clark Development Corporation (CDC) welcomes the renewal of Clark Water Corporation’s (CWC) Wastewater Discharge Permit by the Department of Environment and Natural Resourcesβ€”Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) Region 3. Valid until February 4, 2026, this permit authorizes the controlled discharge of treated wastewater, up to a maximum daily volume of 27,000 cubic meters, into the Dolores Creek.
