Bulacan police bag 18 law offenders

CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Six wanted persons, one law violator, and eleven drug dealers were arrested by Bulacan Police in different operations conducted on Thursday, June 29, 2023.

Based on the reports submitted to PCol Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, six (6) wanted persons were arrested in different manhunt operations conducted by the tracker team of the Municipal City/Police Stations of the 1st PMFC, San Ildefonso, San Jose Del Monte, Guiguinto, and San Rafael. They were arrested by virtue of different warrants of arrest.

They were identified as Rowena Villafuerte, arrested for Bouncing check laws in Brgy. Tangos, Baliuag, Bulacan; Mark Daniel Binarao, arrested for Rape in Brgy. Mapulang Lupa, Pandi, Bulacan; Jedanlo Garon, arrested for the Ecological Waste Management Act of 2002 in Brgy. Iba, Meycauayan, Bulacan; Jason Zuñiga, arrested for Robbery in Brgy. Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan; Nandy Dela Cruz arrested for Attempted Homicide in Brgy. Capihan, San Rafael, Bulacan; Rodelio Landayan was arrested for Robbery in Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Meanwhile, a series of drug sting operations by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Guiguinto, Bulakan, Plaridel, Meycauayan, and Marilao City/Municipal Stations resulted in the arrest of eleven (11) drug personalities. They were identified as Warren Pulumbarit, Jonathan Mendoza, Vember Magdao, Albert Villalba, Edrian Salas, John Rey Tumibay, Anndrian Soriano, Edward Santos, John John Gomez, Renz Lara, and John Luis Favillar. Confiscated evidence includes twenty-nine (29) sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and marked money.

On the other hand, prompt response by the authorities of Baliuag City Police Station led to the arrest of the suspect for illegal discharge of firearms in Brgy. Sto. Niño, Baliuag City, Bulacan, identified as Edgardo Dela Cruz alias Manto resident of Brgy. Sto Niǹo, Baliwag City, Bulacan. Confiscated were one (1) caliber 45 with serial number 1498360, one (1) magazine with eight ( 8 ) live ammunitions, and one (1) pouch bag with thirty-three (33) live ammunitions. Appropriate criminal complaints against the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
