Camp Gen Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO) weeklong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Unit (SACLEO) that started midnight of January 23 to 29, 2023 was able to seized an estimated P14.5 million worth of illegal drugs wherein two hundred eight lawbreakers were arrested.
According to Bulacan PPO director Col Relly Arnedo, 86 people were arrested in a series of anti-drug busts conducted by various Station Drug Enforcement Units (SDEUs) of Bulacan police.
Seized were two hundred eighty eight sachets of suspected shabu, thirty one sachets of dried marijuana leaves with a total DBB value of P14,501.737.4.
Meanwhile, one hundred two felons were arrested during the implementation of the warrant of arrest by law, including four Most Wanted Persons (MWP) were caught by the tracker teams of different Municipal/City Police Stations and Mobile Force Companies of this Police Provincial Office with the joint efforts of the 301st MC RMFB-3, Bulacan PHPT, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), and CIDG Bulacan.
Moreover, twenty illegal gamblers were arrested in different anti-illegal gambling operations.
They were caught in the act of playing illegal cockfighting, card bet games, and “cara y cruz.” Confiscated were assorted gambling paraphernalia and bet money in different denominations.
Arnedo said, this notable accomplishment of the Bulacan police in the SACLEO of Police Regional Office 3 is the manifestation of its unyielding efforts and relentless campaign against wanted persons, illegal drugs, loose firearms, illegal gambling, and all other lawless activities.
