BULACAN PNP COLLARED GUN LAW OFFENDER, DRUG SUSPECTS, AND WANTED PERSONS

Camp Gen Alejo S. Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Two  drug suspects, seven  wanted persons, and a law breaker were arrested by Bulacan Police in different police operations conducted on July 13 and 14, 2024.

PCol Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO said separate buy-bust operations were  conducted by San Jose Del Monte and Guiguinto City Police Station wherein two drug peddlers were arrested.

Confiscated during the operations were a total of twelve  plastic sachets of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) Php 60,100 and buy-bust money.

The arrested suspects and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination. While criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.

Meanwhile, seven (7) individuals wanted for various crimes and offenses were apprehended in a manhunt operation conducted by tracker teams from Bocaue, Baliwag, San Jose Del Monte, Pandi, Malolos, and Marilao City/Municipal PS. The arrested accused are presently in the custody of the arresting stations for proper disposition.

Furthermore, the swift response of the San Jose Del Monte City Police Station resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old male suspect at about 5:00 p.m. On July 12, 2024, in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, CSJDM, Bulacan, an investigation revealed that after receiving a phone call from a concerned citizen of this station reporting that an armed person was roaming around and causing fear to other residents upon receipt of the information, personnel of PCP5 proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the information. Upon arrival, they spotted and arrested the suspect, resulting in the confiscation of one (1) Cal. 38 revolver with the trademark Squires Bingham without a serial number. A criminal complaint for violation of RA 10591 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions) is being prepared for filing in court against the arrested suspect.
