CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Three Most Wanted Person (MWP) Station and Municipal Level, including five wanted felons and ten drug personalities were all arrested by Bulacan PNP on April 27, 2022.
PCol. Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, said that the persistent operations for wanted criminals led to the arrest of three (3) Station and Municipal Level MWP.
1st PMFC identified the suspects as Rosendo Agulto Jr. 50-year-old entrepreneur of Sapang Putol, San Ildefonso, Bulacan ranked No. 3 on MWP 2nd Quarter CY 2022 Station Level La Loma PS QCPD Quezon City Metro Manila for Service of Sentence on Attempted Homicide without recommended bail.
In Guiguinto PS, operatives here arrested Vener Hilario (Additional Most Wanted Person Municipal Level 2nd Quarter 2022) a 25-year-old of Daungan, Guiguinto for crime of Rape (RPC Art 266-A), Rape by Sexual Assault with no bail recommended. Norzagaray PS together with HPT Bulacan and 2nd PMFC arrested Zandro Ronquillo 42-year-old, Computer Technician of Matictic, Norzagaray for the crime of Robbery in an inhabited House or Public Building or Edifice Devoted to Worship.
Likewise, in the conduct of ‘Manhunt Charlie’ by different Tracker Teams of Meycauayan City, Obando, Bustos and City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM) PS together with personnel of 2nd PMFC Bul PPO, 301st MC RMFB-3, 24th Special Action Company (SAF), PHPT Bulacan and 3rd SOU-Maritime Group resulted in the arrest of five (5) wanted felons by virtue of Warrant of Arrest.
They were identified as 1) Neil Bryan Dela Cruz for Violation of Unjust Vexation, Slight Physical Injuries and Simple Disobedience; 2) Ma. Melanie Apolonio for the violation of PD 1689 – Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972 (3 counts) ; 3) Edilberto Hernandez alias Edel forAttempted Homicide; 4) Rowena Rio Rosales for violation of Bouncing Check Law (BP 22) (17 counts) with Php 528,000.00 bail recommended for 17 counts; 5) Journel Monton for violation of Bouncing Check Law (BP 22).
Meanwhile, in a series of drug-bust operations by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit operatives of CSJDM, Meycauayan City, Pandi, Baliwag, Bustos and Plaridel PS resulted in the arrest of ten (10) drug personalities.
They were identified as 1) Elizalde Bobier alias Zaldy of San Rafael V, CSJDM; 2) Ralph Ryan Origen alias Ar-Ar of Bancal Meycauayan City; 3) Gina Lacaba and 4) Johnny Lenihan both at Mapulang Lupa, Pandi; 5) Rogelio Allan Sopeña alias Allan and 6) Jomadel Sering alias Madel both from Tarcan, Baliwag; 7) Roane Cortez 8 ) Fedelyn Adjaludin alias Delyn and 9) Ricris Calago alias Rec-Rec all from Poblacion, Baliuag; and 10) Prince Harvey Capiral alias Pancho from Tabang, Plaridel.Seized evidence were a total of thirty-one (31) sachets of suspected shabu and bust-money.
