Bulacan allows full capacity on establishments, public transportations under Alert Level 1

Alert level 1 Bulacan

CITY OF MALOLOS– Establishments and public transportations in Bulacan can now operate at its full capacity as the whole province transitions into Alert Level 1 starting March 1 until March 15, 2022.

According to Governor Daniel R. Fernando’s Executive Order No. 7, series of 2022 or “An order adopting the guidelines on the implementation of Alert Level 1 in the Province of Bulacan from 01 until 15 March 2022 and for other purposes”, agencies and instrumentalities of the government should adhere to 100 percent on-site workforce.

In addition, all private offices and workplaces may also operate at 100 percent capacity, but they may continue to provide flexible and alternative work arrangements as they deemed appropriate.

Despite relaxing restrictions, the governor still emphasized the need for the use of face masks except when eating and drinking; participating in team and individual sports in venues where ventilation standards can be maintained; and in practicing outdoor sports and exercises where physical distance can be maintained.

“Ito pong pagluluwag natin ay bunga ng patuloy na pagbaba ng mga kaso sa ating lalawigan. Gayunpaman, hindi ibig sabihin nito ay magpapabaya na tayo na para bang wala nang COVID. Mayroon pa rin pong COVID at kailangan pa rin po natin ng ibayong pag-iingat upang hindi na tayo muling bumalik sa paghihigpit na ating naranasan,” the governor said.

Individuals aged 18 years old and above need to present proof of full vaccination before participating in mass gatherings and entering indoor establishments, but minors are not required to do so.

Also, health declaration forms and paper-based contact tracing are not required, but establishments can opt to use the StaySafe.ph application.

The governor also lifted the curfew hours and modified liquor ban in the entire province.
