Celis (fifth from right, last row) as the municipality was hailed the Most Outstanding Local Government Unit – Gold Awardee in the field of blood donation in the recently concluded Blood Galloner’s Awards 2025 last Wednesday, August 20, at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos if Bulacan.
