DPWH Region III Assistant Director Melquiades H. Sto. Domingo paid a surprise visit to the Bataan Sub (3rd) District Engineering Office in Balanga City, after attending the 82nd Araw ng Kagitingan ceremony at the Mount Samat National Shrine on April 9, 2024.
During the visit, Sto. Domingo and other key officials of Bataan Sub-DEO discussed future plans for the newly-established local office of the DPWH.
“On behalf of the district heads and staff, we extend our gratitude to ARD Sto. Domingo for prioritizing his courtesy visit, despite his demanding schedule,” expressed Bataan Sub (3rd) DEO OIC-District Engineer Maribel D. Navarro.
In some of the memorable images captured during the visit, the Assistant Regional Director posed alongside Bataan 2nd District Engineer Ulysses C. Llado and Bataan Sub-DEO officials including Navarro, District Maintenance Engineer Delfin Francia, Finance Section Chief Jolly Cardinoza, Construction Section Chief Daniel Diaz, and Human Resource and Administrative Section Chief Arbie Castro.
