BALANGA CITY, Bataan — About 58 food and non-food exhibitors joined Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bataan’s Diskwento Caravan at Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga.
These include three exhibitors from Marikina; 18 exhibitors from Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Payatas, Tondo, and Quezon City; and 37 small and medium enterprises within Bataan province.
Dubbed as “Maagang Pamasko Diskwento Caravan,” the trade fair aims to promote the products of manufacturers inside Bataan and other business owners at a discounted price.
Products for sale include marine products, crab paste, coffee, buko pie, pastries, cashew/peanut spread, nuts, processed turmeric/ginger, soaps, diapers, candles, pet food/supplies, footwear, bags, wallets, snacks, broom, handicrafts, souvenirs, and arts & crafts, among others.
In her message, DTI Bataan Provincial Director Nelin Cabahug encourages all Bataeños to visit and patronize the local products exhibited at the caravan.
“In time for the Christmas season, we are inviting our consumers to come and visit us for our two-day Diskwento Caravan where they can buy different quality products at a discounted price,” Cabahug said.
Maagang Pamasko Diskwento Caravan runs from November 15 to 16, 2022 from 9:00AM to 9:00PM at the Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga in Balanga City.
