CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos — A man was arrested for trafficking while thirty-nine (39) others were nabbed for different offenses on the 4th day of Bulacan PNP Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO).
Based from the report submitted to PCol. Rommel Ochave, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan Police Provincial Office, suspect identified as Joshua Misa of Malis, Guiguinto was arrested in a joint operation conducted by Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) and Malolos CPS that transpired at FTC Inn, Brgy. Sumapang Matanda, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Said man was a pimp and collared for Violation of RA 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act).
Meanwhile, series of anti-illegal drug operations conducted by Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Hagonoy, Malolos, Plaridel, Pulilan, San Ildefonso, San Rafael resulted to the arrest of fourteen (14) drug suspects. Seized evidences are a total of fifty-seven (57) sachets of suspected shabu, coin purse and buy-bust money.
Likewise, eight (8) individuals were arrested in separate anti-illegal gambling operations by the operatives of Bocaue and SJDM C/MPS. Six (6) were arrested for playing illegal card games (Tong-its) while two (2) others for engaging in cara y cruz. Confiscated were set of playing cards, three (3) pcs one-peso coin and bet money in different denominations.
On the other hand, Dandelo Padero @Jeff of Pantoc, Meycauayan City was arrested during search warrant operation implemented by the elements of Meycauayan CPS with the presence of all required witnesses. Seized were cal .38 revolver, loaded with three (3) cartridges, four (4)) sachets of suspected shabu, strips & rolled aluminum foil, digital weighing scale, scissor, disposable lighters, pouch and plastic box.
Moreover, service of search warrant operation against Gilbert Dela Paz executed by personnel of San Miguel MPS resulted in the recovery of cal .45 pistol with inserted magazine loaded with five (5) pcs ammunitions and three (3) sachets of suspected shabu. Suspect was not present during the operation but the search was done in orderly manner with the presence of the necessary witnesses.
Appropriate criminal complaints against all the arrested suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
Further, sixteen (16) persons wanted by law including four (4) most wanted were arrested in series of manhunt operations conducted in Bulacan. The MWP were identified as Dennis Estorosas, Marilao MWP arrested for Violation of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drug Act); Juan Maglangit @Bong, Meycauayan City MWP for Violation of Alarm and Scandal in relation to Sec 28(a) & Sec 29 of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act); Mark Angelo Manalili, Obando MWP for Rape & Sexual Assault; and Joseph Mallari, San Ildefonso MWP for Murder.
The accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit/stations for proper disposition.
