CAMP General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan – During an enhanced police operation on March 29, 2023, Bulacan cops arrested thirteen crime violators.
Based on the report submitted to PCol. Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, it was stated that in a series of anti-illegal drug operations carried out by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of San Rafael, Baliwag, Plaridel, Sta. Maria, and San Jose Del Monte C/MPS, seven (7) drug personalities were apprehended. Recovered were a total of twenty-five (25) sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated DDB value of Php 53,248.00, assorted drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit (PFU) for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of R.A. 9165 against the suspects are now being prepared for filing in court.
Meanwhile, persistent manhunt operations by tracker teams of the 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Companies in Plaridel, Balagtas, and San Jose Del Monte C/MPS arrested six (6) wanted persons. They were arrested for crimes of qualified theft, frustrated murder, slight physical injuries, and anti-violence against women and children (RA9262). All the accused are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.
