70IB, Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and DepEd-Pampanga Conducted Outreach Program

FORT MAGSAYSAY, Nueva Ecija – 248 students mostly Indigenous People of Sapang Uwak Elementary School received school and food supplies from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, 70th Infantry (Matapat at Matatag) Battalion, 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division, Philippine Army and Department of Education-Division of Pampanga on September 17, 2022 at Sapang Uwak Elementary School, Barangay Sapang Uwak, Porac, Pampanga.

 

The outreach program intends to address the basic school and food supplies services needed in the local community.

 

In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Ronnel B Dela Cruz, Commanding Officer, 70IB said “This activity is a great assistance to address the daily needs of the community, the troops will continue to support and provide assistance that will strengthen the partnership of the Local Government Units and other stakeholders to improve the way of living in the local community.”

 

Also, the 70IB together with Ateneo Graduate School of Business, DepEd Pampanga assured that they will continue to link government programs and stakeholder support to help the IPs children in the community.

 

On the other hand, Major General Andrew D Costelo, Commander of 7ID lauded the initiative of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, 70IB, and DepEd-Pampanga for uplifting the morale of the local community through outreach programs.

 

“Rest assured that the Kaugnay Division will always be glad to serve those who are in need, especially our IP brothers who are very close to my heart,” MGen Costelo added.
