Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro together with L.B. Caluag Food Products, one of the two loan beneficiaries of the “Bayanihang Bulakenyo Financial Assistance for Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise” of the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) who received P100,000 during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan recently.
