Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Chief, PNP PGEN NICOLAS D. TORRE III led a nationwide Virtual Dinner, Meet and Greet with Life Coaches from Camp Crame, connecting with Police Regional Offices across the country, including PRO3 at Camp Captain Julian Olivas on August 7, 2025.
Anchored on the Second Pillar of the Chief PNP, the activity aimed to strengthen unity and uplift morale within the ranks. In PRO3, the event was hosted at the Patrol Hall, Multi-Purpose Building, with life coaches and key personnel in attendance under the leadership of PBGEN PONCE ROGELIO I. PEÑONES JR., Regional Director.
The meet-and-greet recognized the vital role of life coaches in promoting emotional resilience, mental wellness, and moral fortitude among PNP personnel. It also allowed the Chief PNP to personally thank them for their dedication to the force’s internal strength.
PBGEN PEÑONES JR said, “We cannot fully serve the public if we are not whole inside. Life coaches play a major role in uplifting our personnel’s morale. Through this activity, we renew our commitment to ensuring that every member of the PRO3 family feels heard, guided, and supported.”
