Clark’s ‘Growth Story’ Gains Momentum in Logistics, Maritime Connectivity

MANILA — Clark Freeport Zone’s growth story gains momentum as Clark Development Corporation (CDC) strengthens strategic ties with key industry players.  

 

At its 6th Special Meeting of the Board of Directors on June 18, 2025, at Pier 4, North Harbor, Tondo, Metro Manila, CDC strengthened its partnership with 2GO Group, Inc. to boost logistics investments and drive economic expansion.  

 

CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, along with the CDC Board of Directors, was welcomed by 2GO Group Inc. President and CEO Frederic DyBuncio. He underscored the company’s commitment to strengthening its logistics presence and expanding investments in Clark Freeport Zone.  

 

“We hope to expand more in Clark. We really view Clark as a growth story—it really is,” DyBuncio said.

 

As part of the engagement, CDC officials toured MV Masagana, one of 2GO’s premier vessels, to experience its state-of-the-art facilities. The tour highlighted the ship’s modern accommodations and amenities.

 

The meeting also included a presentation showcasing 2GO’s diversified logistics operations, reinforcing its vision for closer collaboration and long-term engagement with Clark.
