CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has seized P43 million worth of illegal substances and arrested 1,543 drug suspects in a series of high-impact operations across Central Luzon from January 1 to February 22, 2025.

PRO3 Regional Director BGen Jean Fajardo said this massive breakthrough stems from 1,031 targeted anti-drug operations, which led to the confiscation of 6,178.67 grams of shabu, 7,143.51 grams of dried marijuana leaves, and 86.24 grams of kush.

Among those apprehended, 63 were identified as high-value individuals (HVIs)—key players in the region’s drug trade.

This relentless offensive against illegal drugs is powered by intelligence-driven policing, aggressive enforcement, and strong police-community partnerships.

With each operation, PRO3 is tightening its grip on drug syndicates, ensuring that traffickers and street-level pushers alike face swift and decisive justice.

Fajardo, emphasized the unit’s unwavering commitment to eradicating illegal drugs: “These numbers represent lives saved and communities protected. PRO3 remains relentless in its mission to dismantle drug networks, stop the flow of illegal substances, and bring every offender to justice. We will not stop until Central Luzon is truly drug-free.”

According to CL top cop, beyond police action, community involvement is proving to be a powerful weapon in the fight against illegal drugs.

Fajardo urged the public to take an active role by reporting drug-related activities, reinforcing the idea that a drug-free Central Luzon is a shared responsibility: “We need the public’s support. Every tip, every report, every concerned citizen who stands with us brings us closer to our goal. Together, we will end the scourge of illegal drugs and ensure a safer future for our communities.”

She added that with heightened enforcement, strategic intelligence efforts, and public support, PRO3 remains at the forefront of the fight against illegal drugs.

“The message is clear: drug operations will be crushed, offenders will be caught, and justice will be served. Central Luzon is safer today—and PRO3 is making sure it stays that way,” she ended.
