The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Bataan 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO) recently completed a P4.8-million water system project at Sitio Bani, Barangay Cataning, in Balanga City.
According to District Engineer Ulysses Llado, this project provides the community, including National Housing Authority (NHA) residents, with a reliable water supply.
“By ensuring dependable water access, families can save time and effort previously spent sourcing water, allowing them to focus on other essential daily activities,” Llado said.
He also noted that the initiative helps lower the risk of waterborne diseases and contributes to better public health in the community.
