THE FPJ Panday Bayanihan party-list has secured a prominent position on the 2025 midterm election ballot, drawing the number three spot after the Commission on Elections (Comelec) conducted a raffle for the numerical arrangement of 156 competing party-list groups.
This placement echoes a significant moment in Philippine electoral history.
Fernando Poe Jr., known as “Da King,” was also positioned third on the official ballot list among five presidential candidates in the 2004 national elections.
The Comelec en banc oversaw the raffle, held at the Palacio del Gobernador in Manila last Friday.
Members and supporters of the FPJ party-list have welcomed the group’s third-place position, noting its visibility on the ballot. Brian Poe Lamanzares, first nominee of the FPJ party-list, expressed gratitude for the placement, stating, “I am grateful for this blessing. I am sure my grandfather (Fernando Poe Jr) had something to do with it. I will not waste the opportunity given to me! We will work hard and pray that Da King’s principles will be promoted in Congress.”
This placement signifies the party’s commitment to promoting the principles of “Da King” in the halls of Congress and their dedication to serving the Filipino people.
